5.11 VTAC LBE Tactical Vests Tactical Reviews, Deals, Problems and Guides

I love everything 5.11. I am 5'9" 240lbs and ordered the regular size. Everyone kept saying to order the 2xl but the Regular fit really well and has a lot more room to expand if I need to layer winter wear underneath. I ran two 5.11 AK double mag pouches and two double pistol mag pouches so far. There's still plenty more real estate to add on to the vest. I'm about to order a camelback water bladder for it and level3 soft back armor. I'm going to run the bladder on the outside and the soft armor on the inside of the back where the bladder would normally go. I can't get enough of 5.11. I also ordered 6 Stryke Pants and a pair of Salomon shoes from TG. Everything has been better than expected. I'll be ordering a lot more stuff from Tactical Gear. Their shipping is really fast. This is a great vest. It allows you to configure it anyway you want with the massive amount of molle real estate. It also is big and comfortable for us larger guys. I'm 6 foot 3 inch and way in the 250lbs range. Is fits me perfect. It also distributes weight really good. Very quite. Buy it. You want be sorry.
