So far all is working as advertised. Delivery was all good. Have not had to use customer service, but my hunting partner has not had good luck with that department.

I’ve only had it for a month and have enjoyed the clarity it has when using all the different magnifications. I’ve only been able to hunt with it a couple of times. Looking forward to using it more in the near future.

To say I am impressed is an understatememt. The one shot zero feature is incredible. Very sharp thermal image in viewfinder and the live animals light up like Christmas trees. I don't live in pig country so my opportunities to use it are limited.
