Very happy with this product, I've used it for about 15 long bike rides, never really emptied it. It has been frozen after each ride with no problems. It stays frozen for about 5 hours in Florida in the summer, and it feels nice and cool. Straps are comfy and adjustable, the excess strap rolls up then velcro around to keep from dangeling.
