Bought two of these in black for my work pack. Beyond impressed is an understatement. Pouch will work on the belt of any manufacturer's pack. No limit to the ideas for small essentials here. I was thinking fire making kit, then go from there. In one pouch I have: pouch of cotton cosmetic pads for tinder, fire steel, Doan's Bar, small pocket knife and 10-foot crafting tape measure (where the extra weight of carrying metal makes no sense, I avoid it). Still have two bands for more stuff; thinking pre-cut lengths of paracord. For the other one, I'm starting with folding scissors in one of the two small pockets and going from there. Eventually. I'll have it configured so I have a fire kit in one, small essentials in the other.

Condor makes a lot of the pockets and pouches I attach to my MOLLE for good reasons; they are handy, attach pretty much anywhere, keep things well organized, are durable, hold a variety of stuff, come in many sizes, have pockets within pouches, and generally are priced very well. Even if they were more expensive, most Condor gear is well worth the money. This 4x4 makes an excellent IFAK trauma kit that doesn't crowd my tac vest (which is where I carry most of my rifle ammo mag pouches, dump pouch, one of several various size LED flashlights, compass, deluxe multi tool, a couple more ancillary pouches, and I can switch Condor pouches for another on my vest/pack MOLLE quickly. Condor seems to make a high quality, affordable enough to get more than 1 or 2 more, about perfect size for everything, type pouches.

I got four of these and they are really good for small gear that you don't want rolling around in your pack. They keep small items well organized and easily accessible as I have them attached to strategic locations on the outside of my pack. Very handy and worth the money. Five stars.

I needed a small pouch to hold a few miscellaneous items and this works great. The detachable, clear I.D. holder was an added bonus.

Not sure what I'm going to use this for yet but it may come in handy in my hiking bag.
