It's straight forward. 2 pairs of velcro straps contain whatever tq you have easily and neatly. Wear it on a belt every day. Secure. Good pull tabs. I haven't brushed up against something and pulled the velcro off yet. Seems to be quality.

I have a RAT tourniquet it is designed to work one handed , and fast , but it is a smaller size than a Issue TQ, so the pouch doesn't quite secure it ! this wouldn't be a problem with a military issue TQ, but with the smaller package size of a RAT , it is lose , but still a great , well constructed product
