Designed as part of the Vanquish Armor System, the Condor VAS Recon Mag Panel attaches securely to the front of the Vanquish Plate Carrier and holds up to six M4 magazines and six pistol magazines. The panel attaches by the hook and loop patch on the outside of the front document pocket, and it is additionally secured by two buckles on the shoulder straps. The Vanquish Armor System offers a wide variety of ways to customize the Vanquish Plate Carrier, and the VAS Kangaroo Mag Panel is just one of the many convenient accessories that can be added.

The only negative I can say about this panel is the mag retention straps. They are difficult to move aside to insert a mag one-handed.
With that out of the way, coupled with the ease of use when paired with teh VAS vest, this panel is an excellent choice. I really like the overall capacity of this panel. Running 6x6 without adding loft or bulk is excellent. The pistol pouches are sized well enough to fit the largest pistol mags and, for the airsofters out there, these pouches will also fit 40mm "grenades." This panel also swaps out quickly and easily for multi-role applications such as changing from CQB (300AAC) to heavy gunner (12.7x42) to DMR (6.5 Grendel). Pop the clips, rip off the panel, place panel pre-loaded for the new role, flip up, clip in and roll out. Condor really hit a home run with the VAS design!

After pricing a ton of other mag. carriers I decided on this one due to the fact it was $125 cheeaper and it will carry more. I have put it through the paces and it is holding up nicely.
