Quality is good, it matches the color exactly of the plate carrier, and it slides well into the side pockets. Good product if you want to run side plates on your condor vest. I am running them on a Exo Gen II XL and they fit well.

So these are slide in side pouches, not molle Compatible. They require a carrier with side inserts. They also have openings on the top and creates some wiggle for the side plate.
