The very thing to carry medications in your large cargo pockets on your camos (or anywhere). This holds a lot of stuff and doesn't crush medication tablets (if you are diabetic, for example, it can also carry your insulin vials and syringes wrapped in bubble wrap without fear of crushing your meds that you need to live and function should it become necessary to bug out. In such an event, you can easily (if you are prescribed controlled medications) save labels peeled from your medicine bottles or similar proof of Doctors' permission, and put those in bubble wrap bags with your medications.
