The boot worn by the world’s leading public safety personnel in an 8” height, the 5.11 A.T.A.C. 2.0. It’s lighter and more comfortable, yet maintains its reputation for toughness and durability. A new air flow tongue and full-length dual durometer Ortholite footbed work to keep your feet cool, dry and comfortable all day, every day. Another new feature, the Achilles heel flex zone, gives a critical part of your foot more range of motion without compromising support. The full-grain suede toe, 840D nylon upper and Shock Mitigation System provide the kind of rugged protection you need; while the knife pocket keeps an important ally within reach.

I have been buying and wearing boots for 40 years, and these are the most comfortable boots out of the box I have ever worn. I had never had a pair of side zips before and wasn't sure I would like them, but now I wish I had tried a pair sooner; quick on and off. I wear these mostly for trail and woods hiking. Very lightweight, good traction, reasonably waterproof but very breathable, roomy toe box. Since they're so comfortable, I find myself putting these on for casual wear, so I have ordered a second pair for that purpose. I wear 11M in most shoes and boots, but in these the 11.5R fit just right.

This boot works very well as a motorcycle boot. It is a cool as a sneaker but provides excellent ankle support. The same is true off the bike. I can wear it all day when the weather gets hot.

Never had a problem with boots before. These were sized too small, too narrow, and the toebox bruised my toes. They were a struggle to fit and side zip. They may be "tacticool", but as boots-nope. I don't do returns, so I dropped them off at the Goodwill box. I'll stick with my Corcoran boots.

These are the best tactical boots I have ever gotten, I've had multiple different brands and pairs, and these are by far the longest lasting and the most durable and comfortable pair I've owned. I would recomend these to anyone looking for a pair of tactical or work boots. This is my second pair, and definitely won't be my last.

They are comfortable, easy to put on and have required very little break-in time! I like the fact that they are zippered, as I am not as young as I used to be and zipping takes much less time and effort than lacing and tying!!!

Zero break-in time required. Light weight and comfortable. Definitely recommend for a mid duty boot.

I laced them up and it was a perfect fit. I ordered the wide and a 1/2 size larger. Very comfortable!

I like the boot but it’s smells horrible of chemicals and it’s not wide enough
