Men's Bates Maneuver Side-Zip Boots Tactical Reviews, Deals, Problems and Guides

I recently purchased the Bates Maneuver boots. After the 5th time wearing them, I noticed the seam had ripped large enough to put my finger through it. I'm not sure if it was a defect or came apart while in use. I contacted the site and notified them of the issue. Without any questions, the problem was rectified and a new pair of boots was sent along with a return label for the original pair. First time and definite return customer. 3 stars on the boots only because of the seam ripping, but very comfortable.
