The Belleville 300 TROP ST is a reliable boot that blends functionality, comfort and superior protection in hotter climates. The upper is made of full-grain leather for tough, sturdy support and 1000 denier nylon for exceptional ventilation. This boot is breathable and functional. The supportive Vibram rubber outsole handles rigorous terrain, while the cushioned polyurethane midsole provides shock absorption for softer landings and a more comfortable stride. There is also an additional, removable polyurethane insole for extra comfort. Besides the stability and secure fit the leather and nylon construction offers, this boot also features a certified steel toe for protection in all situations. Made in USA.

I bought these during Christmas time last year and wrote a good review since they WHERE holding up better, but almost 6 months later they are not as good as I was hoping. the toe part wore through to the steel toe, which i was expecting due to the floor being aggressively aggregated, and now the tread/rubber sole part is torn about 3/4 of the way up. on one boot, and the other is starting to do the same thing. I could have gotten a pair of wally-worlds that would have lasted 6 months for $20-$40

do NOT use these for Automotive Industry use Especially if your floor is all torn up from years of use. the up/down to set the hoists tears the sole and wears out the toe part.

I will probably try Bates Boots Next and see how they hold up.

I have the tan versions of these (Belleville 300's ROCK!!), and i want to make a note that if a type of boot is labeled "hot weather" or "tropical" it is usually not going too be waterproof usually to allow the wearer's feet to cope with extreme heat and/or humidity and to be able to dry quicker than an insulated boot if it gets soaked. (also) Most boots that are black colored leather (or fake even) will get hotter faster than other colored boots and will hold that heat longer anyway. All-in-all, these boots are good for black leathers with Cordura, loved 'em when i had 'em, and love the Belleville 300 HW tan boots i have now, i just wanted to make the point clear about "hot weather" and "trop"/"trpoical" boots.

I've used Belleville's throughout my military career. Now I am using these to fly civilian Helicopter EMS. These boots are comfortable and durable. Worth the money because they last better than some more expensive brands. Speed lacers are key for saving time. USN flight ops/flight deck approved! Perfect for working around civilian EMS helicopters, especially since we do our own ground handling.

These boots are great so far. i Work in the automotive industry, and the shop floor is a cratered mess of concrete and aggregate. Most boots I buy, the front of the sole is worn out in a month and the steel toe is loose in about the same time from having to set the racks. I've had these for two months now and the leather has taken a heck of a beating and it still isn't down to the steel on the toes and the front of the boot where the rubber is seems to be stronger then the floor and barely shows any wear at all. But like I said, the leather took a beating and doesn't look too pretty and can be shined up now. They also took about two weeks to break in,the heel part of the leather is pretty stiff.

I am an E6 in the military so you can imagine how much I am on my feet or walking around. I swear by Belleville boots and don't want to wear anything else. I got the TROP because I just transferred to a warm climate and wanted a cooler boot. I love them just as much as any other Belleville. I highly recommend buying yourself a pair ASAP!

This is the first time I have ordered these boots and I was going on the assumption that they would be more like the ones I wore in the military. They are light weight and easy to break in which was a good thing. I will probably be ordering again in the future.

These boots are exactly what I was looking for. Before I had Rothco Jungle boots, but they were way too flimsy and had no toe or ankle support at all. These boots fit great and are also easy to clean, not to mention supportive and easy to blouse BDU's over.

Boots were larger than size according to ad so I ordered 1/2 size smaller than the 1 size they suggested. I wore the boots the day after I received all day and have been alternating with my other boots since. Will order another pair in near future.

I purchased these in the same size as my other Belleville 390s. These boots were so narrow I couldn’t even get my feet in them. I had to return them and am thankful this site has great customer service and an easy return process.

I just received these boots. They are lite weight and shine just like a new penny. I enjoy the way fit and the support they provide for my ankles. For law enforcement, any Belleville product exceeds your expectations!
