Great shirts, but the sleeves are too short and the collars do not lay flat (they wrinkle up).
I am 6'2" and purchased the XL. The rest of the shirt fits perfect, but the sleeves are about 3 inches too short - it's like having "highwaters" on my arms. For a "tactical" style shirt, the sleeves should be longer.

This is an excellent polo. I love the weave and the construction. It looks great and feels good while wearing it. It tends to fit a little on the large side, but not too much so. I don't care for skin-tight shirts. This weave and fit breathes and feels good all day. I have some 24/7 and Propper shirts, but I'm sold on Condor. I intend to buy a few more.

Bought these to supplement my work uniform. Wore it on an unseasonably cold day and it was good enough to stay warm while working. No need for a light jacket, will keep you comfortable and warm on cool days. Will work great with a light to medium jacket on colder days. Fits a little big, but I like it that way.

The Long Polo Sleeve is nice, the material quality is good, the only issue is that Condor's sizes are a bit weird so I tried to shrink this a few times.
