I’ve worn the pair of Danner shoes/ boots more than I have my bedroom shoes. Even right out of the box they were just, if not more comfortable, than a $85.00 pair of bedroom shoes. So comfortably I have to admit I slept with them on. I like everything about them. I’ve got Neuropathy and I couldn’t wear shoes off the rack, but I’m very happy with my Danner 4.5 boots. Please do not stop making these!

Super comfortable straight out of the box! Very little break in needed. Haven't tested the waterproofing as of yet... but today is likely to be the day.

I ordered the "Wide" width. Seemed ok when I tried them on, so I wore them to work. Became very tight/uncomfortable after about 6 hours. Now I'm stuck with them.
You may want to consider "wide" if you wear standard size.
