These boots are do comfortable, there was absolutely no breakin period, they came straight out of the box on to my feet and felt as comfortable as if I'd worn them for a month. And the customer service is next to none, as I purchased a different pair the first time that did not fit. They gladly took them back and credited my account with no problem what so ever. Good product, good company!!!
