First, these shirts have excellent material, workmanship and features although I prefer that the document pockets have zipped closures rather than velcro. The material has a slight stretch that makes the shirt very comfortable to wear during strenuous activities. I weigh about 185, am 5' 11", have a 40" chest, 34" waist and wear a 33-34 or 34-35 sleeve length so I first ordered the Medium Regular size. The fit through the body was virtually perfect although if the material did not stretch, it might be too close. Also, I could button the top button on my 17" neck although it is tight. But the sleeves are very short. I estimate they are a 31-32 or a 32-33 at most. Site was great with the return and the process was relatively hassle free. I then ordered the Medium Long size. They fit perfectly with the added bonus of a longer shirt tail that will stay tucked in during any activity. I purchased two of these shirts and look forward to wearing them for both work and casual occasions.

For the price, this shirt is great. Not as good looking as the 5.11 Stryke long sleeve in my opinion, but this shirt does everything I need it to. Having the long sizes in medium is nice, because 5.11 does not have them. That’s why I bought it! I am 6’3” 190lbs, pretty scrawny torso but tall, so this was the perfect fit
