this shirt is perfect. Runs big so be sure to down size. I bought a xl and as you see in the picture it still fits a little loose. I'm a big guy so I can use the extra room. 6'1 260lbs

I was looking for polos for work that can endure the rigors of a medium-duty construction site. The company issued shirts are really golf shirts that are prone to snags (most mysterious) that unravel instantly. The fit and look are undesirable after just a few wears, which is unacceptable considering the shirts cost twice as much. The Propper shirt is of higher quality and superior by far. It's very resistant to snags, feels good and maintains its shape. The reviews on TG for most products have been accurate from my experience over past few years, so I'm comfortable with their integrity and haven't been disappointed with a clothing a purchase yet. Fits true to size, I'm 6/1 230 with a small 'beer cooler' and the XL fit perfectly.

This polo DOES run one size smaller as noted in the description. With that in mind, it's a good fit, comfortable & breathes well. I like the pen pockets on the left sleeve and the tab under the buttons for hanging glasses, a badge or whatever. The only negative thing I have to say about this shirt is that the length is a little longer than I like, sleeves included. However, it tucks well because of it. Not a deal breaker though. For the price, I bought three of them.

The shirt is not tapered and there is too much collar material that it's awkward. I tried pressing it completely flat and standing the collar up as in the picture but there's just too much material and width going on with it so it just sits in the closet now. I had high hopes but the fit was awkward and didn't look professional. I ordered one size smaller as directed. I'm 5'6 183lbs with a size 44 in chest. Maybe this will be of help to someone of my similar size and build. Btw I was hoping the elastic arms would give it that professional and athletic look but the sleeves still nearly touch your elbows like most operator polos do.

Surprising initial quality. Only washed and wore once, but seems like it will hold up. Some lightweight shirts like these get snags in the fabric, but so far so good. Very light weight and wicks moisture away. I would easily compare it to my DriFit shirts for less than half the cost. Size runs a little big. A medium Propper was almost the same size and a large Drifit. I actually prefer the cut of the Propper better (5'10" 175lbs). Wish there were more colors

I've worn this shirt a couple of times on a long L.E.O shift. It breathes well and flows naturally with clean lines. It looks very professional and the collar doesn't get all screwy. The pen pockets are functional as well as the loop below the buttons...kind of neat for hanging your badge or sunglasses from. The reason for the 4 star rating is because Propper is made in China. If this was American made...it would get a 5 star from me. I do recommend this shirt.

The quality of the shirt is top notch. I love the detail of the pen holders on the sleeve as well as the holder for glasses on the button up. Only thing I'd caution is that the shirt does run a little big depending on how you like your fit. I'm 6 foot and 180 and a medium was pretty roomy on me. One of the reviews said this shirt runs small so I ordered a size up. I like my shirts a little more fitted so that's just my preference. The material also completely guards against any shrinking and it's a good length for tucking in the shirt tail and no pull out when you reach up overhead. I love it, I'm just gonna order a size down next time

I bought three different brand polos for work to try them out. The other two I purchased, True Spec 24/7 Series Polo and the Blackhawk Range Polo, are quality shirts, but overpriced in comparison. I liked the fit and feel of the much more affordable Propper Uniform Polo just as much. I will likely be purchasing more of the Propper polos in the future. One note is that my Unit's logo looks great embroidered on the left chest and there isn't any shrinkage around the embroidery as of yet after a couple of washings.

The material is soft and comfortable, no issues after a few washings and no evidence of snags from work.
The sleeve pen pocket has proven very useful.
As others have mentioned the size runs on the large side, a medium fit me as a large normally would.
If I had a complaint (I don't), it would be that my preference is for the button-opening to be a tad lower to give more room at the neck.
Overall, one of my favorite polos.

Full disclosure, I lost close to 40 lbs last year, and I'm not really sure what size I should wear anymore, but at 6' 0", 213 lbs, somewhat athletic build, with just a bit of stubborn, leftover stomach fat, the shirt doesn't quite fit me correctly. I purchased a medium, most of my other shirts are a large at present (maybe they don't fit either). It fits me perfect around the middle, but the shoulders are constructed too wide, and the sleeve seams are about an inch too far down my arm. If I was a gym rat, who lived off protein shakes, overhead presses, and sunshine, I wouldn't have this problem. I could try buttoning the top button, but does anyone actually ever do that? Maybe I just need a small...

Aside from the shoulder fit issue, I love the shirt, and will continue to wear it. The shoulder pocket is a really cool feature, and goes well with my "field engineer in an office" aesthetic (the closest I can be to looking tactical, in a cubicle, without getting weird glances). The material is way softer and thinner than most of my other polos were (before I donated them from my size change), and feels way more durable and thicker than my soft/comfy polos (which I am presently using). It's a Goldilocks fabric. I wish it had a smidge more stretch to the fabric, maybe, but if I filled it out enough to stretch it, maybe it would be fine. Even still If it had fit me correctly, I would have purchased several more without hesitation (probably in a few colors, though the green is exactly what I was hoping it would be).

If you have a chance to try it on, go for it, but I don't think I'll order another until I lose the stomach fat, at which point a small would fit me perfectly, I'd hope.
