The Pros: Really lightweight shoe, great tread and traction on many surfaces. I can barely feel them on my feet, they are very light. I played airsoft in them and the grip was great. Went to the store afterward and there was a wet spot.. no slip, cool! The go good with jeans, khakis, etc... so they have a plus point in the style dept. Sewn toe cap. Great footbed.
The Cons: Totally inconsistent sizing compared to every other shoe including other Reeboks. If you order these, order at least a half size down. I went a full size and they are snug now. Width was fine on the 10 and the 9, but the 10 was way too long. I had an inch from the tip of my toe to the end of the footbed.
Other thoughts. I bought these for light hiking, playing airsoft and general wear and was concerned that they would not keep my feet warm since they are light and kinda vented. They are fine. I think in the summer my feet might get hot, but we'll see.
Fix the sizing, Reebok to fit as it should and it'll be a winner every time. Read the other reviews about the size. It's hard to trust reviews sometimes, but the size issue is very real.

I noticed a lot of reviewers said that these boots run long or question the fit but I don't share any of these sizing issues. These boots are true to fit and the toe mold gives you nice spacing so your foot fingers aren't all bunched up like monkey knuckles. They're super lightweight but sturdy. The memory foam is just as comfortable if not more comfortable than a pair of Reebok foam posite running shoes I have, the insoles are comparable to the Adidas foam insert technology. As a prior Army Civil Affairs operator, these would've saved my ankles a hell of a lot of hate from the terrain. These wouldn't pass conventional military uniform reg. but if you're in any type of special tactics unit, where the motto usually is "I do my own thing", these are a definite option. Not sure how they stand up in cold weather, but if looking cool is half the battle, who cares gives a shit...wear warm socks... Worth every dollar.

Bought these for work because of all the walking and standing that I do on the job. They're very lightweight, sneaker style, but rugged enough for tactical work. Only issue is that the mesh panels don't breathe as good as I want. They are hot especially here in 100+ degree weather in South Texas. My feet were soaked from wearing these. I even wore them on an off day and just standing outside for a few minutes I could feel my feet sweating in these shoes.
The cushioning is great for walking around. You don't feel like you're wearing duty boots. They broke in well after the first day. Hopefully after getting used to them, they won't feel so hot. But I'm in South Texas, we're not expecting it to cool down until Christmas time, so we shall see.
Other than that, they fit good and have a great insole for comfort, aside from the heat.

I was looking for a lightweight tactical boot after wearing unbreathable, heavy Rocky's for years. After checking out the reviews for the sublite cushion tactical Reebok's, I decided to give it a shot. They are a super lightweight, breathable shoe. Very comfortable, it's like wearing sneakers. I am a female, so for any of my female buyers, here's some of my size references: in men's Rocky's, I am a size 5. In women's nikes, I am a size 6. For these Reebok's, the reviews suggested going a size down, so I bought a 4.5, and they fit great. I would recommend to any law enforcement who are in the market for a new shoe.

This is a comfortable and lightweight shoe/boot. I purchased a pair for comfort and breathability and wasn't let down. I believe that with a little more effort the insole could absorb the shock better and provide increased arch support. The price was right for what was promised in the description.

Light weight shoe. Sole is stiff and footbed needs time to break in. Very light weight but with only 3 days total time, long term and break in still need time for evaluation. Wish insole was more cushioned. Memory foam is very thin and sacks out easily allowing you to feel outsole. Good ventilation.

The Reebok Sublite is a great warm-weather tactical boot. The sole looks soft in the pictures but its actually hard-rubber to stay durable and has a slight bulge in the heel. It gives great comfort and support for standing and running on concrete. The only downsides are that its definitely not for cold or wet weather. The mesh will allow plenty of air and moisture in. Also its designed around a running shoe so its a bit narrow. Consider ordering a wide if you wear thick socks. Otherwise its a great choice if you want a breathable, comfortable boot for duty use during the summer!

I ordered the 12W. Sadly, the exterior of the show at the widest point was about 1” narrower than my bare foot. Was not going in! But the shoe itself was awesome. Light and well made. Just diving it a 3 as it is nowhere true to size. Length was fine, but this 12W was a 12N at best.

This is the second pair of Reebok Tactical shoes we have purchased for my son. He is hard to shop for, he wears a 14W and he is hard on them. But he has been very happy with these. He currently breaking them in over in Rome Italy on a class trip before they get to be a part of the 75th D-Day celebration!

I immediately put on the boot and thought it was rather cheap. This boot alos runs BIG. I was not a fan at all and sent them back.
