I purchased both this product and the 5.11 shirt. There is very little difference between the two. This shirt fits nicely. I was apprehensive about how well it would fit and conceal; but was pleasantly surprised. This shirt arrived first and I was so pleased that I almost cancelled the other shirt. I am an average male - 5'9", 175 lbs. and the shirt fit very nicely (again compression fit!). The pockets are well positioned and concealment is complete. On a loose shirt, no printing exists. With a fitted dress shirt, slight printing can occur from some angles; but rarely noticeable, if at all, and one would have to be looking closely for a gun print. I carry a S&W Shield which fits nicely in the pocket and is completely captured within the fabric with no chance of moving or falling out. I did notice that the seams on this shirt are a bit more noticeable than the seams on the 5.11 shirt; again not a big deal - but if you are wearing a light color fitted dress shirt, the seams may be noticeable. One item of note - be advised that retrieval of your weapon (in my case an M&P Shield) is not a simple motion. Effort is required to reach down into the pocket and remove the weapon, and is not really conducive to a quick draw and fire. This what I expected and am comfortable with that. (This may be less of an issue with a full size handgun; but then you may get less concealment.) This shirt serves my purposes perfectly. I will be ordering another in black.

I purchased this as I am not a big holster guy for conceal carry. I purchased my normal t-shirt size. This is not a loose fitting shirt as it is a compression type shirt for obvious reasons. To my surprise the shirt was very comfortable as I am not used to the compression type shirts. The weather here is colder right now so I don't know how the t-shirt will do in the summer months, but so far so good. I carried a full size polymer firearm to test the shirt. It fit nicely in the deep pocket and felt secure. The padding between the shirt and your body kept the firearm from digging in to your side when doing normal activity. I wore a short sleeved button down shirt over the t-shirt and you could not detect the firearm footprint. Hope this will help you in your decision.

I looked at a lot of others and read the reviews, this one appeared to have best reviews. Like all cc shirt reviews they claim to be warm and this is no exception, not sure I will be able to wear it in warm summer but its cold out now so it works well. I carry my XD 9 mm which is a bit heavy but holds it very well and with loose clothing one doesn't even know I'm carrying. The only thing I would like to see is the pockets about a inch shorter at the bottom and a bit squared off, currently they are pointy and that tends to dig into my side a bit but tolerable.
It helps to wear a outer shirt with a busy pattern, this helps hide most of a gun pattern verses a plain shirt.
I have a white one and like it so much I am going to buy a black one.
I do recommend this !

The left side handgun pocket needed to be shortened by a full inch to allow the pistol grip to be exposed when pulling the handgun. These pockets are too deep.

Secondly, I had a 2" high "Crew Neck' sewn on to the existing collar as the weight of the handgun pulls the existing collar down far enough to expose the very lower base of my neck.

My suggestion - The shirt fits tight but sags with the weight of the handgun. To correct this , add some cotton to the overall material of the shirt to stiffen it up for a much better fit.

I am very pleased with the performance of the TruSpec concealed holster shirt! The combination of Polyester and Spandex hold the shirt close, as a second skin. No sag from my firearm and virtually no printing with the appropriate dress combinations. I just ordered more of them in white! I wear the two I have almost constantly for the two weeks I have owned them and the tight fit even compliments my physique.

It’s a quality shirt which is comfortable and fits true to size. We were hoping to use it to hold medical equipment (LVAD), but the batteries would not stay in the pockets when bending over. We don’t see how a gun would stay in there either.

Buy it a size bigger then you need if you have biceps and shoulders. The arms are tight for shirt size. I bought a med which fit well for my chest (43")and waist(34) but shoulders and arms (15.25) were very tight. I ordered a large to see how it fits. The pockets are nice but do not hide conceal imprint, you need a shirt over it. Will hold good size weapons, cell phones etc no problem

VERY well made and comfortable. I typically wear a 2-3 xl shirt but these are spandex/compression like so an xl works best for me and holds my firearm close and tight to my body. Drawing from this shirt is not as easy as a iwb holster but much more comfortable when an iwb/owb is not an option. A bit on the pricey side but you will not be disappointed!

I bought this shirt after some research and reading reviews. At that point I was still skeptical but decided to try one. Ive carried my Springfield 1911 in a high ride calico holster, and feel comfortable with this set up but can only carry this way with a jacket. I was shocked when I triad the 24/7 shirt. I can carry my full size 1911 and the it is a bit heavy it it easily concealed. I have since ordered 2 more. You want be disappointed.

I bought this for my boyfriend, and it is a great shirt! He loves it! It runs a little bigger than I expected for a compression type shirt so next time I will buy one size down, but that being said, it was nice to see that an XL was truly an XL if that makes sense, however, he can still wear it successfully and it holds his weapon very comfortably. It's also a little longer(not a whole lot) than a normal T-shirt which he liked (good if they have a little tummy on them). You cant tell he has a weapon on under his button down shirt. Excellent choice of product and ladies, the guys will love it!! :)
