So, when I realize that the Oakley Straight Jacket has been discontinued by Oakley I panicked. My wife bought me a pair of gloss black Polarized Straight Jackets around 10 years ago. At that time the eye doctor she was working for carried them. Now, no one has them. When I found these on here I was so excited! I got some coupons through the site and was so happy to pay almost what my wife paid back then. Once I received them in the mail, well I’m a little concerned. They look somewhat authentic but I’m just not sure seeing as they’re isn’t any paperwork with them. They fit great, I wish they were polarized, but site was out of polarized at the time. So as far as the product goes, I’m just not really sure about them. I would hope they are authentic as I would never spend that amount of money if I knew they weren’t the real thing! Overall, I’m happy to have a new pair of Straight Jackets and I hope they last as long as the pair I’m still wearing now.

I ordered this pair of sunglasses for my son who is a naval aviator. He misplaced his old pair of the same model and couldn't find them at any other retailer. Thank you for your prompt service, so I was able to forward them to him on deployment.

Polarized is the only way to go. Not only can you see better, these shades even get rid of that sharp, painful glare off of the window and chrome of the vehicle in front of you. Great wrap-around for full eye protection. Fantastic product!
