Propper Poly / Cotton Twill BDU Patrol Caps Tactical Reviews, Deals, Problems and Guides

This hat is very comfortable, size L (7-1/2) fits just right. I have only had this hat for 2 weeks but it seems to be a good quality. I did however order another Propper patrol cap in ATAC-FG, also size L, which I couldn't get on my head. Customer service was not able to determine if one was sized incorrectly, but they were very diligent in correcting the issue for me. Probably the best customer service of any online store I've ever dealt with.

I wear a 7-¼ size hat and ordered the Medium. These hats are not adjustable, so there's little room for error. If you fall between sizes, order larger. Now, for what I love: These are actual patrol caps. They don't have that trendy "slightly frayed" edge on the brim. And not having hair as a cushion, I hate wearing baseball-style caps because that metal button on top gouges my scalp every time I bump into anything.

This is the first order I have made from this website, and I ordered four of these as a sort of test. They got here within acceptable temporal parameters, the size numbers are accurate (and therefore my calculations were exact), and the appearance and quality is good. Congratulations, gentlemen. Your services to the forces of the Light will not be forgotten. Keep it up and keep your products in stock and ready and you may become our primary suppliers.

I got this hat for friend that served in between Korean War and Vietnam. He said he had looked for years to try and find one of these issued hats. He was beside himself when I was able to find him the hat that match his Army fatigue jacket. Anyway made for a great Veterans Day being able to do something for nice ole Vet! Thanks for great quality hat and speedy delivery.

I have an USAF BDU cap my son got for me from the Lackland AFB PX....size large..Woodland Camo.....I love the cap but wanted a cap in a more neutral color. I bought this cap and three other colors, Tan, Blue, and OD Green. All in size Large...The Black is so tight it won't fit my head so I gave it to my 8 year old grandson. The other 2 are slightly tight on my head, and the OD Green is the only one that fits properly as a large. The actual quality of the caps are OK but the material is definitely cheaper than the "Real" military cap I have and they do not have ventilation holes in them and they are hotter to wear. Overall definitely not impressed with these caps at all....but for the cheap prize I guess I shouldn't be suprised.

I've worn one of these Multicam patrol caps on the job as a painter for the past two years. It's been through the wash countless times and shows no sign of wear except for the odd paint spot. They hardly show with this pattern, and the cap is so comfortable I decided to get one to wear when I'm not at work. It has kept its size with no shrinkage and minimal fading.

The last time I purchased these, 5/5. This time 4/5 because there was a noticeable drop in quality of cloth. Nothing serious of course, but taking a scissors to a new cap and cutting all the loose strings is a bit annoying.
All the same, when properly prepared these do their duty and shine magnificently. Would purchase again, did, and will again.

Extra large is a little to big for my head. Unfortunately the were out of large. Good quality though. Used a safety pin in the back of the cap. Fit better now. Can't even tell. I just wanted to add, that their Customer Service Department is excellent!!

My family loved the hats. they are going to be perfect for our family holloween costume in Disney. My sons say they will be using them afterwards as well. they liked the feel of the hat.

This was the poorest quality materiel I have ever seen from this manufacturer. It did not look like it would stand up to a single washing. I have used products from this company before and was pleased with the product. But, this falls way below their normal quality. I am returning this item.
