as effective of a weapon attachment as the TLR series of weapon lights are, the most significant draw back was the mental distraction and physical finger movement needed to turn the light on/off. With the attachment of this device, that issue is effectively removed. I am able to maintain proper trigger/weapon squeeze and engage the light at the same time. The use of the light becomes immediately available without deviating either mentally or physically from the threat. Prior to this attachment, the operator was required to mentally engage in a seperste thought of turning the light on, then make a physical change in both trigger and pistol grip. With this attachment, the mental aspect of turning the light on Is dramatically reduced and the need to alter grip and or trigger pull is eliminated. I highly reccome t this attachment!!!

I have the tac light and this remote switch on all on my Glocks.
It works as it is intended. Illuminate the threat instantly upon drawing the weapon. Prosecutors salivate over a defensive shooting where the defendant is unable to clearly ID the threat. Additionally, it gives one the ability the utilize BOTH hands being placed on the weapon prior to discharging the gun if required.
Many Police Depts are currently encouraging their Officers to purchase remote switches for their duty weapons.

I liked the purchase process, I liked the speedy delivery and I like the product. However, I was working on a total custom project to fit the tlr on a compound bow, I didn't know I had options for the light switch until I already made my purchase, apparently there's another cord option as oppose to the rigid button switch. I ended up pulling the wire ribbon off the plastic, cut plastic off and adhiesed the ribbon to my handle on bow, worked out anyways. Thanks.

The contoured remote pressure pad for the TLR works great and is easy to install. Highly recommend this product and MilitaryGear had the best price.
