The TG Rivet has everything you could want in a folding knife—it’s reliable, resilient and completely no nonsense. The design is simple yet extremely effective. Its three-inch stainless steel blade opens and closes smoothly due to the action closing system paired with a durable, ball-bearing pivot. A handy pocket clip reliably keeps it tethered virtually anywhere. Secure it to belt loops, packs or MOLLE webbing so you can keep it close at hand. Need a knife you can count on, use after use? The TG Rivet is up for the challenge.

The blade seems solid, and the locking feature is nice, but the knife has no spring holding the blade open or closed and when not locked open or closed, the blade flops around loose in the track. It is well priced, and I know you get what you pay for, but was pretty disappointed in this product.

I got it at sale price so for that it's a good deal. I can be a bit of a snob when it comes to knifes so take this for what it's worth, if you want a knife with a straight edge for knock around use and aren't going to get upset if you mess it up or loose it this is a good choice. If you looking for it to go the Long haul with hard use , this ain't it. For me & what & how I'm going to use it for it's fine. Also look at it as better a ok knife than no knife. 🔪

I don't entirely trust the Locking Mechanism on this Blade. I've already severed two major Tendons on my Hands, and I'm not looking to sever a third. I use it for Cutting soft objects the Blade Geometry is optimal for the TG Sharpener, so that way I don't have to mess with my $400 Custom Blade however Rugged it may be.

I like the heaviness of the knife, made me feel this knife will hold up to ruggedness. The flip action is smooth. Love the push button blade retraction.

I carry my knives to work because you never know when you need to cut a hose or open packaging in a pinch. This knife is durable and the clip is quite rigid so I never have to worry about it falling off of my person. The stainless blade flips open with great ease and locks firmly in place when open. It’s lightweight and I’ve even forgotten when I’m carrying it, it’s so compact and accessible! I love it and would definitely consider buying another TG knife because of the design and rigidity of heir products.

It's a nice knife, sturdy design and holds up pretty well. But the blade was extremely dull when I got it, almost useless with how it was. If I had a sharpener with me I'd be able to fix it easily though. Other than that I like this product.

Edge is shaving sharp, weight is ideal for daily carry. Length is short to me, but I am a Large Knife fan. Easy open/close is loose and free swinging which is a welcome change from others I carry. This will be edc.

I've been looking for an EDC knife and had not hit on one that had just the right feel. I've purchased Gerber, TG, Kershaw, Eafengrow to name a few. I wanted a knife that wasn't too big or too small, with a ball bearing pivot. Eafengrow fit the bill but the TG Rivet surpassed my Eafengrow with a push button lock release. Out of the box, it opens very smoothly and the pivot is so smooth the blade can swing like a pendulum. I can't speak to durability as I just got it, but it checks all the boxes (and one I didn't even consider) for the EDC I wanted.

Although I haven’t tested it yet, but it seems very durable & elegant looking! A huge bonus for the price. Very sharp & well balanced.

Fine for the money. Exactly what you'd expect when you pay for a Knife at a gas station. Not particularly well made, not particularly sharp. Opens too easy to consider carrying. But great to have around as a tool that you don't care if it gets destroyed.
