I have worn this bag a lot the last 3 days doing urban hiking in Las Vegas. Walked 8+ miles each day. The straps are comfortable and the pack hangs nice in the back. Easy to get on and off and to access off one shoulder. No complaints with shoulder pain or stiffness after several hours of use. Pack was not full but had a good couple of pounds in it. Overall very happy with this pack.

This backpack is way too small to hold anything and the straps are way too wide and unpadded. The edges of the straps are thick nylon material which dig into the armpit areas on both side making the pack uncomfortable to wear. On the positive side, the grab handle on the face of the pack is a great idea.
