Wiley X has designed the PT-1 to meet the high performance expectations of today's modern tactical operator. These lightweight shades feature shatterproof Selenite polycarbonate lenses housed in a heat-resistant, wraparound frame, which offers optimal peripheral vision and eye protection. The unique frame design prevents debris and moisture from entering the field of view and eliminates tunnel vision, allowing you to focus on the task at hand. Ideal for shooting, hunting or any other outdoor activity, these glasses can accommodate night vision goggles and RX inserts. The innovative Take Flight nosepiece is fully adjustable to suit any facial structure and also secures the glasses to prevent slipping in high-intensity situations. With a T-Shell scratch-resistant lens coating and full UVA and UVB sun protection, these glasses are perfect for any tactical operator who needs dependable, resilient eyewear.

I bought these to protect my eyes while shooting. Since I shoot indoors and outdoors, I wanted a single pair that will allow me to do both. I also wanted a good brand that made good stuff. I'm very happy with this purchase. They stay on my face during shooting and while moving about. The kits has lots of nice add-ons and after the first time, changing lenses is easy. The trick was not to fear that extra force will break them :-) Bottom-line: I like the glasses and the vendor and would highly recommend both.

Lense quality meets performance expectations - colors are magnified as to both intensity and contrast. However the frame appears cheap in both material and workmanship.

Fantastic glasses. Wore them as a crane operator for a long time. Heavy industrial use. Never a problem. But I dropped and broke the smoke lenses right down the middle? On a hard surface floor? From off the top of my head. Must have been age, and it sucks I cannot find a replacement lens for them....Z87 PT-1 Z87 CE

I used these sunglasses in OIF 1, OIF 3, and now in OIF 5. I have changed the lenses thousands of times. They are still holding good. I have used them for 22 months in Iraq and I am just now ordering a new set of lenses. The only problem is the rubber piece that hugs your head, it falls off all the time now.

Good value for interchangeable lens ballistic glasses. They fit well and are comfortable. The lenses seem prone to scratching and the lenses are a bit trickier to change than a pair of Oakleys I had, but they meet my needs for a decent price.
