The MOAB (Mobile Operation Attachment Bag) 10 includes more than enough room for gear and accessories while also offering extensive modular storage expandability that allows for complete customization. The ambidextrous padded strap is fully adjustable, while a coms pocket located at the shoulder provides pass-through access for headphones. An inconspicuous pocket at the rear is Backup Belt System compatible and spacious enough for a sidearm, while the internal water bottle pocket offers a pass-through port for easy access to hydration. The massive internal storage compartment provides sufficient space and a variety of admin pockets for optimal organization, and an extensive MOLLE/SlickStick compatible web lining located on the exterior allows you to build your storage structure from the ground up. Need to expand your storage capability for longer missions? No problem. The MOAB 10 comes equipped with the 5.11 Tier System, allowing you to integrate the MOAB with other bags in the 5.11 RUSH series.

This bag is awesome so far. The website expedited my shipping to my company, which forwarded my order overseas. I have used this bag as my EDC on the field for the past 2 weeks. I carry my heavy 10yr old dinosaur of a laptop and charger as well as other things a such as rain gear, knife, flashlight, snacks and a fleece jacket as well as other tech gadgets. Construction on the bag seems solid.
My only complaint and why I gave it a 4.5 stars is that the strap doesn't stay at desired adjustment all the time.. specially when the bag is heavier.. as you walk or as you switch from your back to a front position the strap would get loose.
I love the fact that it came with the tier system straps so I can attach the MOAB 10 to my Rush 72 which was ordered at the same time. These 2 bags will be my carry on luggage when returning from deployment and I love that I can attach them together and carry as one. The Rush 72 will go on the overhead tray and my Moab 10 will stay under my seat for easy access of laptop or tablet.

So far so good.

I love this bag! I bought this bag after buying 6 or 7 other bags trying to find the perfect fit for me as well as the "stuff" I want to carry. Being a bigger guy most bags that I have bought were to small or the strap did fit well and they were always just okay; but not this bag it literally meets every requirement I was looking for. 5.11 has really thought out the needs of a functional bag for everyday use but also the needs of concealed carry users. The only item that I would ask 5.11 to change and the reason it didnt get a full 5th star is in the main compartment I would love a few retention areas for 30 round 5.56 magazines but I can totally work around that because the rest of the bag is perfect. Thanks!!

So I was looking for a semi deployable carry system for my sub 2k (red lion ecoutrements attached) & found this to be more than adequate; especially taking it to the range. I slip my pistol in the conceal pocket, plenty of room inside for my additional magazines & ammo. I don't think I'd be able to fit the hydration pack tho:( my chief observation would be that I wished there were lockable zipper closures. Otherwise a wonderful product.

I bought 2 bags, thr Rush 24 and Moab 10. The Rush being for EDC and Moab being for work. Well I used the Rush for work and it's great.
As I was gettimg ready to send the Moab back I grabbed some of my sons stuff from his diaper bag just to entertain myself how it would fit in the Moab.... Well it turns out the Moab 10 makes a great Grab&Go diaper bag. I'm able to neatly fit diapers, wipes, extra onsies, etc. The only adition i plan on getting is a molle water bottle carrier just so it stays organized, if you're not worried about organization, it will fit right in the bag with room to spare.

I purchased this bag for my EDC. Most bags you get are either to big or to small. This 5.11 Moab 10 is as perfect for the size as I have found yet. I'm sure there are others out there, but this bag is well designed and has the space you need where you need it. I knew that buying 5.11 I was getting quality and this bag did not disappoint.

I have read negative comments on forums about this bag being uncomfortable on the shoulder when loaded for long periods. Understand this, It is not meant to replace a dual shoulder harness system that is meant to carry heavier items for longer periods. That being said, my bag weighs around 15+lbs with my EDC items and CCW packed. I have carried it for about 1/2hr at times with no fatigue. I'm sure with heavier loads it can get uncomfortable. But, for what it was designed for it works flawlessly.

Great product at a great price. It shipped very well packed and arrived soon after I ordered. Thanks for a great product that I will carry for many years to come.

It is an amazing edc bag. Although I did not look far enough into its size and space capacity. The 5.11 series gear is everstrong and long lasting durable material. I have learned to love the bag and it has made me pack smaller and lighter for every day carries. I wanted an over the shoulder bag with a fair capacity. I have the Rush 5.11 72 bag, and I didn’t want to carry that everywhere everyday to have my “get home gear” in so I bought this bag. The colors even tho purchased in the “same” color don’t match up. But the two bags do connect and travel together very well. I don’t have anything thus far to say bad about this bag. 5.11 is an amazing company and will continue to purchase 5.11 gear. Overall rating 5 Star. Would be 3-4 but because lack of my investigation but I can not knock the company on poor product due to my lack of information seeking on the product.

Best bag I have ever owned. Keeps me organized as I am one to never be able to find anything when I need it. I used to annoy the s$@& out of my girlfriend becuase I'd lose my wallet, keys etc all the time but now, Im a super stud that can handle his life. Looks cool too. I've gotten several compliments on it already from guys and girls alike. Material is top notch and from the construction the MOAB 10 looks like it will last for years. Its just big enough to handle the basics like cell phones, wallets, pens, light change of clothes, water/snack, chargers, laptop/tablet, a few small personal hygiene products (I use sample size ones, smaller is better), sunglasses, etc. and a few more things. Would not be ideal for long overnight camping trips but def awesome for day to day.

Bought this pack to use as a smaller edc pack. I've only had it for a few weeks, but it's been everything I was hoping for. Seems very well made, sturdy material, and comfortable.

The only possible cons I can see so far is the concealed carry pocket might not be very easy to access if you have the main compartment fully packed. Also the mesh pockets in the main compartment don't accommodate for items that are relatively thick. I had issues getting the Velcro to keep the pocket closed with just one roll of 1" tape in the pocket.

All in all this is a great pack for edc or even possibly an over night bag. In my opinion 5.11 makes quality gear.

Also was very pleased with Tactical Gear's service and fast shipping.

I've had this bag for about two weeks and I think it's excellent. The materials and stitching are strong. The zippers are reliable and don't slide open. My only request is I would have liked to have side easy access pockets like I had one my old Swiss Gear backpack. I usually like to carry a water bottle on one side and my newspaper in the other. Now I clip my water bottle to the side of the bag and shove my newspaper in my cargo pants. At the minimum it would be nice if there were MOLLE compatible quick access side pockets you could snap on to the bag. Regardless, it's a really good bag which at least feels like it should last me a lifetime compared to bags a fraction of the cost.

This is the third Rush pack I have purchased. I have a Rush 72 and Rush 24. All are very well built and designed for maximum load carrying and flexibility. I bought the MOAB as a small flight bag to replace an old hand carry bag. Perfect for all my flight equipment including back up GPS, all power cords for IPADs, hand held back up radio, other related emergency equipment, gloves, and supplies. It hangs perfectly on the back of or in the co-pilot seat within easy reach. When landing I just grab and go. Hand held radio antenna protrudes out of the top admin compartment perfectly where two zippers come together.
