this is a great load Belt system, It distributes the weight nicely. will not flip or fold under use. Yes it dose not come with a inner belt! I understood this before I purchased it, that being said, it works great with the Cobra belts, browncoat tactical, SOE or BLACKHAWK! Enhanced Military 2.25-Inch Web Belt, that holds very well. this belt combined with the TacTec Plate carrier, is one heck of a great light weight and comfortable system.

I'm a Correction Officer, an carry heavy jail keys, handcuffs, flashlight and a pouch. This belt works better than a duty belt by distributing the weight, especially when using the suspenders with it.

Great piece of kit but remember that it will go over your other pants and belt so if you wear medium BDU pants get the large-extra large size. The Small-Medium is for a child or really skinny guy that probably shouldn't be in a fight.of any kind. Maybe it would fit Pajama Boy.
