I was reading reviews on ATN and for the life of me I can't see where most people are coming from. I ordered a night scope on the internet and when it came in, it was the buck hunter which is not a night scope. Apparently, my fat fingers slipped. I called ATN and explained what I did. This guy named Ross Epstein called me back and magically fixed this problem. All I had to do was pack it up and double box it along with the adjustable scope mount and send it back. ATN even sent me a FedEx return label. As soon as I sent it in, sent a picture of the return label, Ross had processed the correct scope for me. I'm telling you, the service was nothing short of professional. This screw up on my part cost me nothing. I suspect that all the problems others have had were due improper communications on the customer's part. Thank you Mr. Ross Epstein. You have earned my utmost respect.
