Easy to get on and off. I'm older so I don't want all the clips and tabs. I have my AR plates in them and it works fine. Molle works with my magazine and pistol carriers.

My department got all one of these it's good padding inside is good lightweight, adjustable, easy to put on and use as active shooter vest can fit hard plates nice and snug. only down fall is that the side are exposed other then that good quality

I have large ESAPI plates and the front plate barely fits. It is still secure, and other than that, this plate carrier checks all the boxes. It is comfortable to wear while working out, easy to adjust, and was cheap.
