Needed a black hat for work - the company only allows solid black hats or we can purchase uncomfortable ones with the logo embroidered on. Amazing how hard it is to find a plain, black hat. The mesh back is comfy. Fits well, just a normal baseball cap, really. The 1" Velcro square on the very top where there's normally a button is weird and annoying. Who needs a 1" morale patch there? It causes me issues when I'm standing up in the back of my ambulance - we have plastic hangers for IV fluids/medications that use Velcro straps and they're always snatching my hat off because of the stupid square on the hat. That's about as detailed as it gets with a hat review, I reckon.

The Condor Mesh Tactical Cap is really conformable and is designed for all day use. It is true to size and love that it is adjustable so that the user can adjust to his/her liking. In addition, the mesh material allows for sweat wicking, breathability, comfort. Another great feature are the three hook and loop fields so the user can add a customized look to the cap with their own patches.

Also just a quick shout out to this site because, I received my order well before the anticipated date and really appreciated that the hat was shipped in a box and not a plastic bag. I will for sure be a lifelong customer and looking forward to ordering more products through here in the future. Thanks again!

This is my second Condor hat I have bought and it is awesome. I bought my first four years ago and, while still in great shape and comfortable, I just had to have another. I wear them everyday and never get tired of having them on my head. Comfortable right out of the box and very durable. I get many “cool hat!” compliments and also “where did you get that hat?, I want one!” remarks. Great job Condor! Keep them coming!

Hat fits great! Velcro strap on back of course. My worry was how low it sat on the noggin. It’s a low sitting hat for the guys that tuck their ears, like I do occasionally. It has three Velcro spots, the front which would cover the Condor Tac patch (I think looks awesome by itself), a BDU name strip on the back, and an FFI(IR) patch on the top. I don’t use the FFI patch like it should be used, but it’s a HELL of a lot better for that velcro there than a stupid button. I bang the button of my other hats on my truck door frame and that crap hurts too much... Would definitely consider this hat!

I certainly can't beat it for the price. I've got a closet full of military-esqe ball caps, but after getting this one, I turned around and bought 4 more. The front velcro seems pretty lightweight for a vinyl morale-type patch; we'll see if it holds up. Most caps don't fit my head well, even low profile hats have to much room. These fit great, might be different for someone else with a different shape or lots of hair.

Needed a very basic, no-frills, functional cap--a soft and light mesh one--to wear primarily in the gym--sort of my version of a 1970s sweatband. Like the weight of this one, plus easy to throw into the washer/hang dry every few days. Not sure about durability/longevity just yet, but it's an inexpensive item to begin with, so no big deal. Velcro for optional patch on front is a bonus. Got the PVC USA Flag Patch from Mil-Spec Monkey to go with, on the days I want to 'represent'.

I absolutely love this hat. I've had similar products from other places and they never have got quite right, this how ever does. I didn't really look at it on the site before purchasing it and was surprised to see that it has "Velcro" fastener for size adjustments. Its a large improvement over the crappy metal adjuster of the other hats. I haven't had this for very long and can tell you that when it wears out I will be getting the very same one.

This is the ideal hat for range use. It is soft, but the visor is firm. The mesh on the back 4 panels keeps my head ventilated, and it's perfect for long range days. I bought a patch to go with it, but I really like the Condor logo on front. There's a patch on the back for name tape which looks a bit odd if you don't wear the tape with it. Overall, I love this hat. Great fit, super comfortable. Would buy again.

I have a multi-cam Condor lid and love it. So when a co-worker lost his pretty cool Maryland and blue crab ball-cap while whale watching with his daughter (it was last seen heading for the Azores) I bought him a Condor mesh back cover and decorated it with Maryland themed morale patches. When I gave it to him he was impressed and particularly excited. He loved it right out of the box and wears it and those righteous cool patches everyday. Score one for a decent guy and super dad who loves a good hat. He'll be back for more morale in patch form and I'll be back for more for myself and my comrades.

I asked my partner what he thought of the hats (I bought three of them in different colors.) He said, "Good. I like them." I was also very pleased to see the quality. The price was reasonable. Would purchase again. His favorite is the green one. Ironically, without any warning, the dog chewed one of his favorite hats before these arrived in mail. So it was a decent replacement.
