Galco holsters are my choice for my primary carry gun a Kimber CDP Compact. After a visit to the Kimber and Galco booths at the 2015 NRA convention I chose to purchase a Kimber SOLO for a secondary carry gun for mild weather and having used pocket holsters before with backup guns during my LE career I chose the Galco holster. Tactical Gear had the best price and super service it was shipped the same day and at my home a couple of days later. It is typical Galco quality, excellent and fit of the gun perfect, somewhat tight but that will loosen with time and very comfortable in the front pocket of different style trousers. I have problems recommending it to anyone wishing to use this type of holster. I wish I had as good of luck with the Kimber SOLO, it is back at the factory. An excellent pistol for the first shot, easy to handle the 9MM recoil in this small piece. Unfortunately the second shot usually didn't happen because of extraction problems. I have confidence in KImber that they will correct the problem and look forward to getting the gun back and to the range, and in my pocket in the Galco Pocket Protector Holster.

The title says it all, except for the customer service. I ordered the wrong item due to a bit of confusion with the website. That said, I reordered the correct item, then sent an email with my phone number explaining the situation. I was contacted the next morning , and Marie gave me cheerful willing assistance. She immediately sent a return label via email. I sent the wrong item back the day I received it. The next day, I had the correct item. Kelsea, another fine employee at TACTICALGEAR.COM, then followed up with me to let me know they'd received the item I returned and that my refund was approved. This all took place from May 25 through May 27, 2015. It's just a plus that these are English speaking Missourians. Can't say enough good about the whole deal. I told 'em they'd earned my business in the future.

Does the job, fits tight in some pants, hook on rear effectively separates firearm from holster on draw (might drag out the pocket). Fits tight, leave your firearm In it overnight to help with the fit and stretch it out.

I slipped my Ruger 9mm into the holster real smooth BUT I thought I was going to have to cut it apart to get it back out. I tried it again and again with same results. I contacted company and they said to return it, which I did.

It fits very well in my pocket. My pistol is easily removed from the holster. The holster stays open making pistol return easy.

Fits my sig like a glove. Very well made , leather and is top quality.

I bought this holster for my LCP but with a laser it wouldn't fit.

Extremely well made, works as advertised !
