I use these on my Esstac Triple Pistol Mag pouch and my Max Dump Pouch. Very easy to weave into the molle straps and remove when needed. Pull the tip up, push the square and it's free. Super tight hold.

Just stiff enough to provide the right amount of resistance and lock closed. Easy to open but it won't happen by accident. Great to have extras if you need to rearrange your rig.
