I tried to carry a Maxpedition pocket organizer on my belt, but it gives even me that fanny pack vibe. I got this Maxpedition Single Sheath for a Glock magazine originally, but on campus that is not very PC nowadays. However, this "sheath" can house a variety of useful tools safely and attractively. I carry my Fenix PD20 flashlight, a Fisher space pen, 10pc Gerber bit set, and an extra battery for the flashlight.

I use most of those items on a daily basis, but my extra glock mag was just dead weight. The flashlight has a push button tail cap and most pouches and sheaths will still allow you to activate that button with an unlucky bump through the material, but this Single Sheath has a rigid and tough nylon material that would be neigh impossible to accidentally actuate through.

Good features in a little pouch. Impossible to fit onto a belt without removing the belt. Super stiff MOLLE. May be best to fight it onto some MOLLE gear and leave it there. I had intended to use it for an everyday belt pouch. The chore of fitting it to my belt made this a No Go.

I bought the Maxpedition Single Sheath not knowing if my Leatherman Skeletool would fit nicely in it, but upon receiving the sheath and trying my Skeletool in it, I found that it fits perfectly! It will also hold a 22 gram Sabre pepper spray perfectly, although not at the same time as the Skeletool. I think I will buy another sheath specifically for the pepper spray. This sheath is built to last; is much more solid than what I thought it would be. I am overall very happy with this product and I would recommend it highly.

The only complaint I have about this sheath is that when you wear it on your belt it has no flex to it so it chaffs your skin pretty bad. If you were to where it horizontaley on your belt you may not have that problem although I haven't tried it like that yet. Vertically it chaffs the heck out of your skin because it is so tight due to no flex in the belt loop. I gave it 4 stars because of that. All in all I like Maxpedition products.

Build materials are absolutely top of tge line. I have owned abd used this same pouch fir well over 5 years without a single failure or torn stitch. The velcro is the issue. It works well but dies not adapt well to molle platform's. On the hip it is a functional piece of gear that universally accepts any size pistol magazine, tactical light, multi tool, etc.
