5.11 ¼ Zip Job Shirts were designed specifically with firefighters in mind. In fact, 5.11 sought advice from this elite group before they engineered this exceptionally comfortable, breathable polyester/cotton fleece job shirt. These shirts feature 5.11's exclusive Chest Breakthrough pocket that utilizes a hook and loop fastener to separate and store your gear in an easily accessible location. Other features include a no-roll collar, clips for attaching a mic on both shoulders, a pen pocket on the left shoulder, handwarmer pockets on both sides and a stain-resistant treatment that will keep you looking crisp, clean and confident both on and off duty.

This is a staple of my uniform in cool weather. A little professional embroidery for your dept. on the left chest and name on the right, and you're good to go. Looks much more professional than hoodies or crewneck gym type sweatshirts, better quality construction and fabric. Chest pocket velcro breaks through to keep track of your stethoscope. STAY AWAY FROM THE BLEACH WIPES!!!

As a retired LEO this turned out to be a perfect fleece-like pullover for everyday wear. The chest pocket is great for carrying a cell phone.

The design is practical and the quality is great. I got it during a sale/promo so the price was outstanding as I did some comparative shopping.

Shipping was a little slower than indicated but I consider the holiday rush as the problem rather than the vendor.

DO check the size chart before you order. It was right on target. I would have ordered the wrong size had I not checked.

I would not hesitate to tell someone to give it a try.

Well made, comfortable and durable. It is also pretty warm for spring and fall wear and with a layer or two under it, it's great for most winter days as well.

Appears to be a quality pullover. Material is soft and pullover is warm. Looks great with my Unit's logo embroidered on the left chest.

These are comfortable, warm, and easy to take care of, which is why I bought my own to have personalized.

The only t's that hold up or fit as well are expensive designer labels,(Versace, Armani, Gucci, etc.) These brands won't hold up like 5.11 under extreme physical activity that I put them under.
