Constructed with a rugged exterior and a comfortable interior, the 5.11 Speed 3.0 Jungle Boot is a perfect choice for supporting your feet in rough conditions. These boots are built on a one-piece, ATAC rubber outsole that features self-cleaning lugs and a multi-terrain tread pattern for improved traction on muddy and uneven surfaces. The upper is made from a breathable blend of nylon and microporous Clarino suede, allowing water vapor and heat to easily pass through. An Agion antimicrobial lining fights against the growth of odor-causing bacteria, while the OrthoLite insole provides cushioned comfort underfoot. Complete with RapidDry technology, these boots keep your feet comfortable and dry no matter where you are.

Great pair of boots! I'm a 10.5 standard and I love the way they fit, they have great arch support. I've had mine for about three weeks now and I have them in black so I polish them every day after work and they still look new. I honestly can't find any complaints, they break in well after a week! Durability and comfort has held well in spite of rough use and prolonged hours on my feet. I'll definitely be buying another pair when I wear these ones down.

I’ve only been wearing these for a couple of weeks, but so far they are great. Lightweight and breathable. They seem to run a little small, so if you’re on the fence about regular or wide width, go wide. I have to unlace them to get them on as they fit snug, but once they are on they are supportive and comfortable. I will gradually start using them for training and competitions, so we’ll see how they hold up.

Basically the same style as the boots the U.S. Army issued me in 1966 in RVN. However, these are much improved, especially the sole. I am leery about buying footwear online, but these boots are fine. They fit well and are comfortable, only 1 day break-in.

Fit is great, product functioning as hoped. Currently deployed have had boots for 1-2 weeks and the stitching on the tongue has come out upper angels in mouth of boot are flaring out. Havent really tested boots yet but if they continue to break I will have to revisit my review. Might just be a deffective boot cause its just the left one.

This is my second pair and I love these boots. They take about a week to break in but then they are awesome. Great support and very comfortable for people with wide feet. This is my go to deployment boot.

As a long-time customer of this site to include multiple pairs of three different models of Salomon tactical boot to include the Jungle, was intrigued to see how the 5.11 Jungle stacked up, particularly at the price point. Have always enjoyed the 5.11 tactical pant and range shirt, so the fact their rendition of the Southeast Asian War’s Jungle boot (derived from its lineal WW2-descendant adopted in 1942 after Pre-War field testing in Panama) attractive and well made came as no surprise. In terms of weight btw, the 5.11 fall between the lighter Salomon Jungle and their new and outstanding AR 670-1 compliant boot (which these 5.11’s are not: you E-4 Mafia Members best not try to fool CSM with the too-dark, yet attractive for tree-hugging civilians like me, Dark Coyote Brown). Wore the 5.11 around the apartment and while comfortable with precisely the ankle support I appreciate, and a supportive chassis, the lack of arch support orthotics, with my feet being flatter than the bottom of the box they arrived in, made me suspicious. But I knew I wouldn’t know until walking on nice hard concrete Baltimore sidewalks. After six miles on a day-walk traversing said sideways my suspicion confirmed. Lacking the Salomon’s supportive orthotics and the original insole on the 5.11 not removable, the 5.11 not the shoe for me. No quarrel with my friends at this site or 5.11 for that matter. For the “right foot” this will undoubtedly prove to be the “right boot”. Since the original box and paperwork long since gone to recycling, these 5.11’s now the “show shoe” I wear when walking no further than from my car to the front door of Mission BBQ. I’ll be in the area if anyone has any follow-up question. Formation and class dismissed!

i'm now just buying these you don't even have to buy them to know their good, just look at the reviews and check the rating and read the entire thing. for example I wanted to know if their lightweight and comfortable and if they break in easily and they do the captions give you more faith in the buy.
