I wanted to try something new so I went for these. They're a little heavy for hot/humid summer work, the velcro on every pocket is a little annoying--I'd prefer a zipper. They don't seem to breathe well, and they also are noisy. That said, they are comfortable for cooler/cold weather, the stretch waist is comfy, and I'm sure they'll hold up--I was just hoping they were lighter. I'll have to save these for later on in the year.

I love these pants. I’m a factory mechanic and work on machinery all day but I still get tons of use out of these pants. The tape holder works with pretty much any type of 1” thick tape, so electrical tape hangs their quite well for me, the extra pockets work for all types of working items anything from small tools to screws and the like, the built in “phone” pocket in the back left pocket is really nice so I don’t have to wear my phone on my hip in the way. The down side of these pants however small is they only seem to come in black or dark blue so that’s kind of a bummer and I’m not sure you could actually use them if you were an EMT as I’m sure in my state all the EMS workers clothing including pants are required to have a 1-1/2” reflective stripe running all the way down their sides. All in all I rather enjoy the pants as a whole.

As expected from 5.11 pants. Great construction, great fit, great feel and they look great. Oversized letherman raptor sheers don't fit in the small side pockets to be buttoned in so you'll have to keep it on your hip holster. I can't tell the difference between the material being any lighter or breathing better. I'm in Dubai and still sweat like crazy under them. But I also dry fast once I get into the a/c and the material itself doesn't seem to hold any moisture. I don't think any material is going to help in this hot and humid weather. I will be buying more. Fits true to size.

High-quality made. Perfect size, I' m 5'8" and weighs 150 lbs regular built, got a 32×30. Highly recommended for those who wants true value for a reasonable price. Easy wash and dries easily on delicate setting.

As an ICU Nurse, I struggle to find fit, functionality, and storage for all of the stuff I carry in my pockets continually. Having the ability to wear a belt, helps to support the added weight; they don't fall off my butt. These pants fit the bill and are much warmer than traditional scrubs when you're walking to the hospital from the parking lot in below freezing temps.

I gotta say, as a cheapskate, I was unsure of these pants. After my first 12 hour shift, these pants paid for themselves. You have plenty of pockets for your stuff, gloves, gloves, and gloves, plus many other places where reaching for your items is convenient standing or sitting. The only pants I will use!

The pants are excellent quality. Compared with the tactlite pro pants I was a bit concerned about the waist. Normally I get a size 34 and they fit nice with a bit of room to grow. These are a little more snug as they do not expand like the tactlite. After wearing them a few times they are not as snug.

Best most durable & comfy EMS pants.
I’m 33”w/34” inseam and the 32”x36” 5.11’s fit perfect since has the waist stretch tabs. (34” fall off my waist Down to my ankles while staying buttoned).
Wore on streets for quite a few years. Now wear as pants as an ED RN.

I love these pants and have bought quite a few pairs with a 34” waist. What I really need is a 35” waist because the 34” is too snug to tuck a shirt in, and the 36” are too big. At 36” the legs and everything are bigger around.
This is the only complaint I have.
These pants are extremely durable, lightweight, and well designed pockets that carry just about anything comfortably.
I just wish they sold the uneven waist sizes.
I knocked one star off for that reason.

These pants are the best EMT pant I own . They are the best period. Pleanty of room and attachment points for gear and the size chart is correct . They are a bit more costly then cheaper ones but no way will I complain about these .
