The 5.11 Taclite Pro Vest is made with new Taclite fabric designed to be extremely durable and lightweight. This vest has 17 pockets designed to hold everything you need, with pockets sized to fit AR magazines, sunglasses, binoculars, maps, an iPad and more. I own 3 other vest and my wife was getting angry with me.... But I told her a nice fitting tactical vest is as hard as finding that perfect hat .... One you well wear everyday.... This vest was the one...my only wish is they didn't let me know I had to order the concealed carry holster for use with the vest and the concealed Velcro strip holster that dirty in the left and right covert pockets. Also this vest had plenty of pockets and wears well in hot climates and carries a heavy load without feeling like your weighed down.

i saw a show where a man was hiking through the woods with this vest and carrying his rifle in the back of the vest.
i order the vest and found there was a back pocket inside the vest. weaving the rifle through the back of the vest and put the butt of the rifle in the back pocket.i can walk,set in a chair and ride my bike with the rifle sticking out the back of the vest.

I like the pockets and it covers my concealed weapon on an OWB holster very well. The vest is attractive and well made. I intend to purchase another as a gift for Dad's birthday.

This is an incredible vest, especially for Concealed Carry with a lot of pockets. For my purposes, it was a bit too heavy with inserts and padding that was not what I needed. If they could just make this a lightweight vest, it would be great as a second option.
