Maintain a professional appearance in windy conditions with the 5.11 Tactical Fleece. The collar, elbows and shoulders are abrasion resistant for extended wear, while microphone clips on each shoulder work with radios or communications devices. This all-weather fleece is made with YKK side zippers and Prym snaps to improve ventilation in hotter months and enable fast access to your bottom layer. Zippered pockets on the front keep your hands warm, while the hidden TacTec System compatible chest pockets allow fast access to your accessories or sidearm. Designed with a tapered fit for a neat look, this fleece is excellent for casual duty wear.

The Good:
Fits true to size-even a bit big. I usually buy 2X in jackets as they normally run small. Not this one. It was actually too big and I need an XL
Quality is awesome. This jacket is heavy. durable, and warm. Plenty of pockets and ready for carry. It's well made.
The Bad:
It's cut short at the waist which makes sense only if you open-carry. If you use an IWB holster, your sidearm shows. Worse than that, the sleeves aren't articulated. So when you raise your arms up over your head, the jacket rides up your body. It's very annoying to me. It I reach up for something the jacket rides up under my armpits. Not very tacticool IMO and again, you IWB weapon pops into view. You have to use the jackets carry pocket.
Bottom line:
If you are a pro and carry open in cold conditions, then this jacket may be for you. If you are looking for a tactical styled jacket to conceal carry while you run your errands, or if you are active and move a lot, I'd suggest something else.

Made in Vietnam. Didn't fit quite right. I had 2XL that seemed a bit big. The sleeves were very long and the cuff openings were very large and nonadjustable. Therefore the sleeves extended into my finger area. This would not work. I had to send the jacket back for credit, hence the 2 stars. :-(

the coat is the most comfortable i own. back up system is supported unnoticed by anyone and does not pull or droop in front so that it would be noticeable to anyone. warm and comfortable. the neck which i love keeps me extra warm or if like some cant stand anything on their neck folds away .only wish it had a pocket on the top right sleeve for pen .small light , note pad , ect
