the boots are super light weight.an easy to move in especially when yur walking around h.o.a's with 120+houses.i would suggest spraying with a Dupont spray coating.to protect against rain,or splashes.itll make a big difference

I’ve always been a fan of Altima boots and these seems to live up to the brand name. But be warned: this particular model runs ridiculously small and narrow. Much more so than any kind of Altima that I’ve ever worn before. So you will need to order a size and a half larger than your normal. And if you normally wear a standard width then you will want to order the wide version of these. If you have wide feet then you will want to go up to 2x your normal size.

So far this boot is comfortable. I took the advice of another reviewer and ordered a size larger than normal and wide. I usually wear a size 12 but the 13 fit like a glove. Haven't put them under any real load yet so I don't know how they'll hold up compared to the Danners that I usually buy. Out of the box though, they are just as comfortable. At this point, I would consider buying again.

I read that you should purchase a full size larger and now that I purchased a full size bigger, I'm regretting doing so. I wish I would have just purchased my normal size. Ill have to use an insert to make them fit. Other than that, I love the boot.

14 yr US Army vet. used a pair of ALTAMA boots for at least 10 yrs. same pair. loved them soo much i actually repaired the soles on em. even got me a civ pair too. plan on buy more actually.

Haven’t had them long but so far very satisfied. Very good fit, solid sole and ankle support. The zipper side is the way to go no time for lace up .

Lives up to the expectations when I purchased it. Comfortable and love to wear them since purchasing them.

Altama ya done good these are by far some comfortable boots I love everything about them
