I ORDERED A PAIR OF THESE BOOTS BECAUSE THEY ARE MADE IN AMERICA BY A FAMILY OWNED COMPANY THAT IS VERY REPUTABLE.I'M A COASTGUARD VETERAN WHO KNOWS HOW COMFORTABLE SERVICE SHOES AND BOOTS ARE ON YOUR FEET.THESE BOOTS ARE VERY WELL MADE AND I WORE THEM RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX WITH NO BREAK IN PERIOD LIKE OTHER BOOTS.I'M ON MY FEET SOMETIMES 8 OR 10 HOURS A DAY AND MY FEET NEVER HURT.THE BOOTS ARE VERY WARM AND WATER PROOF.I WORK OUTSIDE IN ALL KINDS OF INCLEMENT WEATHER AND THESE BOOTS STAND UP TO THE TASK.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE BOOTS AND ANOTHER GOOD THING ABOUT THEM IS THEY CAN BE REPAIRED IF YOU EVER WEAR OUT THE TREAD ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOOT.

The Bellevilles are like wearing sneakers. The softer upper makes me forget I'm wearing an 8" boot. The only issue I had with them was that there is a seam in the tongue that was not comfortable at all when I first wore them. Breaking them in and thinner socks has pretty much taken care of that. I really do like these boots; I hope they last a while.

this is my 2nd pair of Bellevilles the first were 675's . the shipping deal said for 7-10 days had them in like 4 days, first day I wore them I crossed the river 3 times while operating the excavator and dump truck. had them for couple weeks now and they are still like new. best part made in US, and they are military approved! won't be my last pair!

I purchased a secondhand pair of these boots at a Army/Navy surplus store, for 50 bucks, I did not expect much, but I have had them for 2 years and they are still in great condition. they are comfortable to wear and walk in, and have great traction on every surface I have encountered so far. my only problem is that mine are probably closer to 2 sizes too big for me, but that is offset by the comfort of the lining. another thing about that, most boots that I have worn wear through in the padding in the back of the heel in a few weeks. These have remained just about the same on the inside since I got them.

These boots are comfortable. Nice wide toe box and the boot feels like a sneaker. Light weight and supple leather. The only issue I have is there is a bully seam in the tongue right over the bridge of the foot. It does not feel good. I hope my feet can adjust. Other than that, these are fantastic boots.

Been wearing these boots for a a couple of years now through serious weather on both extremes. And i have noticed a few things about these boots. 1) they fit well when you adjust. 2) The insulation works so long as you are active, being out in the cold sitting or not doing very much my toes got pretty cold when weather dropped below 40. 3) Stood in puddles about a third up the boots...they are indeed waterproof. only downside is when it's snowy and icy i tend to slip more with these than with my tennis shoes (causing some wrist injuries) Great boot overall though very happy with them.

I've only worn my boots once so far to start the break in process which I think will only take about a week, the 770s are my winter boots, I wear 700s the rest of the year and I'm sure they'll be as comfortable and durable. A plumber has to have dry warm feet year round

Bought these in November. I have worn these as my main footwear this past winter and love them. From 50F down to -30F I have had no issues at all. My preferred footwear is flip flops but these are super easy on and off. Easier than my running shoes.

These boots were in fact actually a little painful before i broke them in, but after i broke them in they work pretty well, soon i'll be going into waist deep water in patrols and whatnot, so we shall see how well they hold up. But in regular wear they are very solid, the back is actually really sturdy and the vibrams feel nice when im on hard surfaces all day. the size 12 wide i wear look like frankin-boots, but who cares they'll hold there own for years! Oh by the way, im flat footed!

This is the best boot line I have ever purchased. The boots are extremely durable, warm, and not an ounce of water will get through them. Where the sole meets the boot is also perfect. I will never purchase another type of work boot.
