Belleville's USMC Combat 500 WP is a flexible, waterproof boot able to handle any terrain and certified by the U.S. Marine Corps. The full-grain leather upper is stable, reliable and offers a solid, supportive and secure fit. Its nylon component encourages breathability and ventilation as well, but an inner GORE-TEX lining keeps the inside of the boot dry and clean. The all-rubber outsole and multi-directional lug pattern provide maximum grip through mud, snow or ice. The boot's Vanguard sole construction also includes a cushioned, polyurethane midsole for additional comfort and support, as well as a similarly cushioned, removable insole. This boot is durable enough for combat or everyday use. Made in USA.

These boots are sturdy and well constructed. They were a little stiff out of the box but quickly broke in and are extremely comfortable now. I since I got the gortex I went down half a shoe size and they fit perfectly. 100% waterproof as well, as long as you you don't go over the top of the boot. They have made it through a month of logging and motocross riding so far without any signs of noticeable wear. The true test will come after the summer of hiking 5-6 miles on Montana Mountain terrian daily, but so far i think they will pass with flying colors.

I ordered these for my part of my uniform. According to website the run a little big, I ordered half size down. I should have remembered I always need wide. Had to return them. No questions asked and a very quick refund. Reordered the same version but in wide. Arrived very quickly. Awesome soon as took them out box. Can't wait to put them on with my uniform. Comfort and dry feet in the field is a must. I'm recommending to my Marine son. I will be ordering more. Thanks for great product, price, service.

I didn't buy them through here I was rather looking for a place to share a review on my boots. I bought the belleville usmc 500 boots from the company the first pair I got was a 9.5 regular the fit was OK except two things the goretex liner didn't keep my feet dry water got in thru the toe box and from the too of the toe box to the bottom thru vibram outsole. They other problem was half size two big. I emailed them they sent me another pair size 9.0 got them February 25 2016 the fit OK stiff and hard to lace up as usual the one thing I noticed is the way the stitched the boot together they sent me a pair with the goretex not sewn at the top of the boots there a hole in the liner where they failed to finsh the stitching. I can fix that myself at a local cobbler he said some times boots are made in a rush due to demand by either marines army ect. And tend to make them half fast or fail to inspect them I notice many things belleville would have seen just buy looking at them. I was recommend to buy this instead if the danner rat boots and there usmc boots I guess I was giving to pairs that wouldn't pass inspection by the us marines if they saw the pair I got today they would throw them outvthe window. How are other peoples experiences with usmc boots by belleville and danner. Especially there temperate ones.

I have size 9.5 boots by 5.11. When I jam my toes to the front of the boots I have about a centimeter of space at the heel. So I order size 9M. I had almost 4cm of space behind my heal. I have narrow feet so for me these boots are massive. Now the leather and build of the boots are way more durable than my other boots. I personally like hard boots and not soft spongey hiking boots. I feel I have more tactile response when I’m traversing over boulders and rough terrain. But that’s just my opinion. And they need to hold up to my abuse. Hopefully I can get the right one of these days.

These are great boots! I have 2 pairs of the 590 style and this is my second pair of the 500 style. I can't say enough nice things about Belleville. I have been wearing combat boots since 1969 and Belleville are the easiest to break-in and the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. Sometimes I have to wear my boots 20 hours at a stretch except to change socks. The comfort and durability of these boots is top shelf. I have never had an issue with this brand. Tactical Gear is a great company and easy to deal with. I spent big money on tactical gear and will continue to give these folks as much of my business as possible.

No surprise these are excellent boots , comfortable , not overly hot thanks to the goretex , waterproof , and very well made , the coyote color is way better then the lighter sand color on the 790's at hiding stains and goes excellent with multicam , marpat , woodland , or just blue jeans , can't go wrong with these !!!!

Super comfortable and not too hot. My favorite boot is the standard version and this gortex at very little extra cost.
