The Carhartt Paxton Heavyweight Front Zip Hoodie is your ultimate defense against unfriendly weather conditions. Made with a blend of cotton and polyester, this sweatshirt is treated with a durable, water-repellent Rain Defender finish to stay dry in wet conditions. It also features a jersey-lined three-piece hood with a drawcord closure to guard against precipitation and wind. The handwarmer pockets on the front have a hidden security pocket, ideal for holding important items. For the perfect fit at all times, the rib-knit waistband and cuffs are reinforced with spandex. An antique-finish brass front zipper makes this hoodie easy to layer. Comfortable and highly durable, this sweatshirt is great for work and casual wear.

Super comfy and soft inside. Pretty warm, but don't think that this will replace a winter coat.
Zipper section on pockets area was stiff until I washed it. And if it shrunk any it was minimal. The wash made it fit better really. I'm a slender tall guy (6'4" 160lbs) and the small fits me great. Medium was just way too long (around the bottom of my butt) and bulky for my liking. The small also fits really well under my vest.

Heaviest hoodie I've found. Is water repellent. I'm 5'9 210# 42 chest 46 gut 42 hip and the extra large regular fits great. . .
