I was looking for lined Carhartt jeans, preferably like the carpenter jeans they once sold. These appeared to be a similar cut but without the features of the carpenter version. They aren't. The cut of these are completely different, higher waisted and much looser from the seat through the thigh.

I’ll have to lose some weight to wear them. I think, though I’m not sure, the cotton flannel shrunk more than I expected. Should have ordered a size larger.
