Let's start with my gripes.
They don't feel like a true straight leg jean. The calves feel a little tight, almost like the leg tapers in a little and then flares back out as you go down. It just feels like you lose an inch or so in the calves. I'm average build and these feel dangerously close to being a skinny leg jean. If these are a straight leg, I'd prefer a relaxed fit and will buy some as soon as they are offered.
The 6th and 7th pockets are just a little narrow. You have to twist a 5.56 mag to get in there and the opening on the 5.11 defenders blends in and is hidden better. I also like the deeper 5th pocket on the 5.11 defenders better.
I could also go with a slightly lighter blue. These are a bit darker than I prefer.
iThey run a bit loose in the waist. With the elastic and the stretch in the material, if you've been sizing up to carry IWB, you may need to size back down. I'm not too worried about it but if they hadn't been backordered for 4 months, I would try a size down. On the positive side, the waist always feels broken in.
Now the good news!
The front pockets are respectably deep. They are deep enough which is something I always struggle with when buying new jeans. It's the reason why I returned the 5.11 defender flex jeans and went with these. They could be a half inch deeper but they'll do. Way better than the 5.11s.
7 belt loops with decent placement. They could be a little longer, or at least the front 2. The end of my double thick and reinforced gun belt barely fits through the front loop. Luckily there's stretch material built in so it does just fit.
Other than my issue with the calves, the leg openings are a good size. If they added an inch or so to the whole leg width, I'd be happier.
The gusseted crotch is fantastic! You never notice how bunched up you can get until you go a whole day with no disturbances. Plenty of room for a party.
They stretch just about right. Will still take some getting used to but the pocket openings still feel stiff like jeans are supposed to. The 5.11 defenders have a lot of stretch in them and made me feel like they were the tactical male version of jeggings. I felt like my hand was always chasing the pocket I was trying to use in the 5.11s. Especially with my wallet in my back pocket, the pockets just kept stretching. I think Condor got the Cotton/Spandex recipe right.
The price is better than anything else in this category and I think they are worth it. I really cringed at even considering paying more for jeans and could only justify the 5.11s because they were 25% off at the time.
Overall, I'm happy with them. These will likely be my jeans for the foreseeable future and I will get used to the color. Hopefully they come out with a relaxed fit in the future.

So far I love the product. I gave 4.5 stars and the only detractor I see is the elastic in the waistband. I fully understand why it is there (so that anyone can carry IWB with these jeans), but I don't like the puckering of the waistband on the sides where the elastic is located, however a belt covers that feature and is not visible and does not effect fit whatsoever. Other than that, the weight and flex of the fabric is fantastic. The fit is described as slim, but I would not describe them as such. I am only comparing them to the 5.11 jeans, which also offers jeans that have flex denim, extra set of conceal pockets on the hip, gusseted crotch, flex waist. The 2 pluses that I see over the 5.11 is the longer rise and heavier weight denim over the 5.11. I would consider myself normal sized, hate skinny jeans, and these fit me very good.

I purchased these jeans thinking that they would fit like the condor cipher pants and I was wrong! Although they fit great in the seat and crotch area, they are NOT slim fit jeans by any stretch of the imagination. Bought a 32 inseam and fits more like a 36 and they flare out slightly at the bottom.

These jeans are all about the pockets. The two extra pockets are located high on the hips, just below the belt. They are perfect for holding a cellphone, or for moving your wallet to an inconspicuous location. You can walk, sit, conduct daily activities, all with your cellphone/wallet secure and out of your way.
The other innovation with these jeans is the elastic embedded in the waistband to facilitate IWB concealed carry. Since I don't CCW I don't make use of this feature. It is probably why these jeans fit a little loosely. If I had known this in advance I might have gone with a size smaller waist.

Usually when I have a problem with the length of a pair of pants it's because the inseam is too long, with these it's because the part where the inseam meets the upper part of the jeans sits lower. The two inches of extra length were just too much and I had to have them hemmed. I was slightly annoyed and normally wouldn't consider buying another pair, but the extra room down there and the fact that these are the only jeans I've ever had that don't restrict my movement is enough for me to overlook the extra cost. I would still appreciate it if these jeans were offered with a 28 inch inseam.

I absolutely love these pants from the location of the side pockets, to the material they made of, they're great. I I have a pair of jeans that are Italian denim which are probably the most arguably comfortable pants in the world and these come pretty damn close. The only issue I have with these is a do run big on me I wear a size 40 34 and I really could have done a 38 32, but my wife is a tailor so she just hemmed the length of a pants for me to fit right. Will buy again in a smaller size.

I wear 38 and these were way too big. But it did say it was sized to wear an inside the waistband holster but I could put two large holsters in. I washed them so I couldn't return. I purchased 2 more at 36. These fit perfect with still enough room for an inside the waistband holster. They stretch and the material has a nice soft feel. I will buy more of the 36" size. I would recommend these highly buy get the smaller size.

These fit similar to the 511's I previously purchased. Not really a fan of the expandable waist sides, but understand the purpose for hidden carry. The extra back pockets are a little small when compared with the 511's. Overall good fit -- even though the pair I got seems a little longer than the 34 I expected. Comfortable, look great, and time will tell how they wear.

Meets the need of eliminating different waist sized trousers when you EDC a firearm. Expandable waist allows "Inside Waist Band" holsters, and the "hidden" pockets along the seam, allow for additional magazines.
Material, and construction appears to be very durable, and design is excellent. Only time will tell if the "value" is there.
