I read several comments saying comfortable out of the box and no break in. I tried them on and they were very stiff and too tight. Left boot had "ripple" betwen the arch and toe. I wear an 11 1/2 to 12. These were 111/2. I'm sending them back and I'll try a 12. I've had numerous hunting boots and these definately will need a break in period. They do seem very well built. Hopefully I'll change this to 5 stars soon.
