At first all I heard was Danner makes really good boots but I've never had a pair of Danner boots so I decided to give them a try for my work boots.
They are living up to all the hype! The insoles feel way better than Timberland anti-fatigue insoles and they don't ever make my feet tired. the waterproof is waterproof.
The only bad thing is when you break them in they do kind of hurt your feet but it's only for a little bit of time like a week and a half but after that I don't have ankle problems knee problems or back problems because of the insoles they are just amazing and this is coming from a guy who has plantars fasciitis. So thank you Danner for making great boots and I will keep buying them because of the Comfort level and the quality it's definitely worth it.

The insole causes the boot to squeak while walking. Not very quiet for a tactical situation. Also the side zipper does not stay up. This could be a problem in any type of running or pursuit.

The goot was nice but not wide enough. I ordered a EE but the boot still pinched. That with the TG fee for returning the product caused me to just return the boot and buy something elsewhere.

As a previous reviewer said, the insole does squeak when you walk. This review was in February, 2018. I just purchased in November, 2018. Guess Danner hasn't fixed the problem yet. The boots seem to be ok; just know you may have to purchase aftermarket insoles.
