Men's Danner 8" Stalwart GTX Boots Tactical Reviews, Deals, Problems and Guides

The Stalwart has all the quality that you'd expect from Danner. I've owned the Acadia and using the Acadia in comparison, for this entire review, the Stalwart is much more lightweight. I was surprised when I received the boot in the mail because the box was much lighter than I expected. It is not more narrow fit-wise but the boot itself is slimmer in construction if that makes any sense. It also has a lower profile and hugs the foot, much like wearing those rubberized, tactical lightweight boots by way of under armour or nike.

I also enjoy keeping my boots polished and it didn't take very many coats to get a mirror like shine. After wearing them all day on duty for three days straight, there was zero break in period. I will review these boots after 6 months to see how they hold up construction wise, but so far I am very happy I was able to buy Danner Acadia quality boots at a fraction of the cost. They are Danners themselves so I honestly wouldn't expect anything less.

These boots are great. Not as heavy as the Acadia boots and just as good. No break in period like the last pair I had(Nike). Wish I would have found these boots sooner.

These boots are not much heavier that my Tachyon’s but provide a great rugid feel. Good option If you like the acadia’s But don’t wanna pay the price
