These boots are just what I was looking for, and have the safety ratings my employer requires. I am impressed with the comfort level. Being waterproof using Gore-tex was another thing I was looking for since I know I won't keep the leather treated for waterproofness. As a little bonus, these boots have boot straps that actually work (unlike many others I've tried). And then there is build quality -- these boots seem rock solid and build to last.

love these boots there the best pair i have ever owned ,i had owned red wings and timberlands in the past and these boots are the best there lighter stronger, and really take the abuse of demolition work, other pairs ive owned start falling apart within a month these are still the same way no stitching had ripped , the point is really great product will buy another pair in the future

I wear boots for work outside in the elements, off pavement, and need steel toes. I'm harder on boots than your average weekend hikers. I was a bit leery of the price but previous pairs of cheaper boots have fallen apart on me relatively quickly and I'm aware of Danner's good reputation for military boots. I spent the money and am glad I did. After a month they look great, have kept my feet dry, warm in the cold, not hot in the heat, and are comfortable to wear.
Thinking they'll do me well.

Best investment in footwear i've ever made. After a couple days of breaking them in, they got super comfy...i usually buy the "quick to wear down" walmart stuff or K-mart or cheap brands that run 30 bucks...but i took these onto a shale and dirt trail and made it through fine...i weigh 460 pounds, so these felt great considering my weight!!

I bought this boot thinking it was a safety tie boot, obviously it wasn’t that. But instead of sending it back I like the boot and will use other places besides work. It’s a narrow boot but comfortable boot.

Craftsmanship is excellent, breaking in nicely, very comfortable on feet but a little stiff around ankles. I would recommend these to anyone on their feet all day.
