I am an avid grouse hunter and bow hunter. I have been buying custom boots for a couple of years now. Always made in the USA. The last couple of pair from a couple of well reviewed manufacturers were subpar and lasted one season. in Northern WI you need a tough durable and water resistant boot. The sole on these boots are outstanding. The fit is perfect. I have now worn these boots for 6 months daily. They were good to go from the beginning. All Day comfort immediately. First time in the last three pair of custom boots that I have been pleased with for the money spent. hardly any sign of wear from 6months in the woods hunting and cutting firewood.
