They are lightweight and offer good support. Seem to have a grippy outsole and good enough cushion on the inner sole. However, the glue at the back seems to be coming undone.

Got these for work I'm on my feet 8 to 16 hours a day and they are light and like wearing sneakers! Love these boot.
