The Original SWAT Classic 6" SZ combines lightweight construction with superior protection and durability. These boots meet the ASTM F2412-11 and F2412-11 standards for electrical hazard protection, as well as the ASTM F489-96 test for slip resistance. With a custom molded thermoplastic heel counter and toe box, you'll receive maximum agility and support right out of the box with no break-in period necessary. The midsole is made with custom molded phylon for a lightweight, comfortable fit with a Texon stability platform insole for lateral support. Fastened with a YKK zipper and hook and loop closure for easy putting on and taking off, these boots provide non-stop support and comfort even during long hours on your feet.

Really nice boot, lightweight, and I love the side zipper feature. This is the first time I tried the side zipper style, and don't know why I didn't try it sooner. Also, a comfortable boot to wear. Fours stars on this style, only because I find the other style purchased a little more comfortable than this style, but still a great boot.

No break in. Super comfortable straight out of the box. Im 6'8" and 400 lbs. I work 12 hour shifts. I wear a 16W. This is only the 2nd pair of boots in 13 years of police work that dont hurt my feet. And are truely wide. I would recomend these over Danner, Rocky Mnt, Baites etc. Great Boot.
